That's why we build better tools
For years we sat behind specs and drawings ourselves. Almost every day it was about AI that could take over this work, yet nobody knew how. We knew it could be smarter, so we decided to build it ourselves.
Countless tests, conversations with installers, and honestly, failed demos too, fair and critical questions we had no answers to. The long process of constantly finding and solving problems led to a result we're proud of.
You set up your way of working, you analyse the information you've received, you configure the project-specific details, you connect the system to your suppliers and standards, and then you generate your estimate lines. No longer a week of calculating for a quote, and it keeps getting better.

Elephate combines AI analysis with standard calculation methods and your company data. Every estimate includes an audit trail so you can see exactly how the result was derived. Up to 98% accuracy at article level.
Specifications and drawings in PDF and Word. The AI automatically recognises the document type, structures the content and processes it according to STABU categorisation.
Yes. All data is stored encrypted and never shared with third parties. We are working towards ISO 27001 certification and work with security professionals. Your project data stays yours.
No. Elephate works alongside your existing systems. You export the estimate to Excel and import it into your ERP as you normally would. No integration, no retraining, just start.
No. Those tools are generic. Elephate is purpose-built for estimation in the installation industry: it understands specifications, recognises STABU codes, calculates quantities and matches articles from your own catalogue. A chatbot cannot do that.
Installation projects from small to large. Think residential, commercial, healthcare, education. Currently we cover mechanical installations, but we're working towards the full STABU categorisation.
After the demo you can start right away. Set up your company configuration — preferred articles, markup percentages, suppliers — and upload your first specification. Your first estimate is ready within an hour.
Not yet. Currently we prepare the initial estimate based on specifications, company configurations, national standards and industry norms. We get this question a lot, so it's definitely on our radar.
